About me

I work in backend and full-stack development with PHP, Python and JavaScript.

My experience includes Laravel-based ERP systems, payment provider integrations, subscriptions, recurring billing and e-invoicing. I design relational data models and RESTful APIs, and use queues for asynchronous processing. I focus on testable, maintainable code and cover critical business flows with Pest/PHPUnit tests.

I graduated from the English-taught Computer Engineering programme at Manisa Celal Bayar University. An Erasmus+ internship in Poland and Work & Travel in the US gave me experience working in international teams and communicating in English.

A rental marketplace I am building from scratch, covering payments, subscriptions, e-invoicing, cart and stock management.

The need

Bring the payment, subscription and operational processes of a rental marketplace into a consistent platform.

My contribution

I own requirements refinement, system and data design, backend and frontend development, testing and production releases.

Technical approach

Payment providers sit behind a shared gateway interface. Scheduled charges, refunds and invoice processing are idempotent so repeated triggers do not create duplicate transactions.

Quality

Critical scenarios are covered by Pest/PHPUnit regression tests. I monitor production queue workers, scheduled jobs and security settings behind Cloudflare.

ERP & marketplace integrations

ERP modules for the lifecycle of refurbished devices. Integrations connecting products, inventory and orders across systems.

The need

Manage operations from device intake to sales and returns, while maintaining consistent data flows between the ERP and external services.

My contribution

Developed ERP modules and finance infrastructure. Worked on the RESTful API layer for marketplace product, stock and order synchronisation.

Technical approach

Handled authentication, retries and recovery in invoice, shipping and SMS integrations. Used Redis and queues, and built reporting queries across multiple databases.

Sahibinden API integration

Developed a backend integration automating product management, price calculation, order creation and status updates between Sahibinden and the internal company system. Used Laravel, MySQL and RESTful APIs, and tested API flows with Postman.

Google Ads keyword map

A web application generating Google Ads keywords from province and district selections on a map of Türkiye. Supports selecting one or multiple locations.

The goal

Give data analysts a map-based tool for quickly generating location-specific Google Ads keywords.

My contribution

Built the interactive map of Türkiye and the application that generates keywords in the background from user selections. Supported single and multiple selections at province and district level.

Implementation

Used PHP and MySQL for the application, with JavaScript and jQuery handling map interactions and instant keyword generation.

The goal

Turn a personal résumé into a practical project for learning cloud services.

Original architecture

A Cloudflare-hosted frontend; OCI API Gateway and Python Functions for the visitor counter; JSON storage in Object Storage; daily report triggers using Notifications and GitHub Actions.

What I learned

Resource Principal authentication, IAM permissions, ETag-based concurrent writes and hashing browser identifiers.

Current phase

The design and content are being refreshed. The OCI counter and reporting integration will be revisited in the next development phase.

A Python desktop application that converts speech in YouTube videos into text, with multilingual transcription, automatic summarisation and PDF export.

The application

A Python desktop application with a Tkinter interface. Audio retrieved with yt-dlp is transcribed in multiple languages using OpenAI Whisper.

Features

Automatic summarisation with Hugging Face Transformers and PDF export with ReportLab. The output can be used for note-taking and archiving.
